We have been serving the local community in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, for over 30 years and the clinic has grown to have a fantastic reputation. Physiotherapy
We only hire experienced physiotherapists to provide a quality service. Our physiotherapist’s will design a specific treatment plan to help achieve your goals.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture can be provided by our experienced physiotherapists to help reduce pain. It can be an effective treatment for spinal and joint pain.
Sports Injury Management
Our team have a combined 15+ years of working with elite sports people, Olympians, keen amateurs and people wanting to improve their activity levels.
Massage
Our client’s enjoy massage as it helps to stimulate the healing process. We are trained in a range of massage techniques suitable to your needs.
Pilates
We offer 1:1 Pilates and small group classes to help our clients improve their strength and flexibility with the goal of them returning to the activities they enjoy.
Podiatry
Your feet are extremely important as they keep you on the move! Our Podiatrist will examine your feet and offer you a range of chiropody and orthotic services.

Our Therapists
Mark Henderson
Mark studied at Northumbria University in Newcastle and graduated in 2009. He worked in the NHS for 5 years before moving into private practice in 2014. Mark has worked in Occupational Health settings and is passionate about enabling people to work without pain. Mark also enjoys treating sports injuries and has an approach which is centred on enabling the patient to achieve their goals. He is trained in acupuncture and has a very much “hands on” approach to treatment. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his young family and going to the gym.

Our Therapists
Ross Taylor
Ross initially completed a Sports and Exercise Science Degree in 2010 at Sunderland University before qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2013 at Northumbria University. Ross has worked through a variety of settings including NHS, Occupational Health, Private and Professional Sport.
Currently Ross is working in occupational health with employees who have musculoskeletal problems and within sport with Newcastle United at their academy. Ross has a well rounded treatment style using a combination of hands on therapy and exercise to help resolve clients symptoms.
